4. What is the cancellation policy? Informing us 8 days prior to the reservation date, no charge; late cancellations which do not respect the 8 day policy result in a charge for 1 night; a cancellation without notifying the hotel results in a charge for the entire stay.
5. Which credit cards are accepted for confirming a reservation? Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
6. How can I reach the hotel from the airport? Follow the signs for Viareggio/Genova (Genoa) and Viareggio/Pisa.
7. How can I cancel or modify a reservation made on line? By following the instructions on the site itself.
